15 Great Amazon Finds for Your 4H-er
Christmas is just around the corner! I love being able to give my kids gifts that will help them with their 4-H projects in the coming year. Sometimes I just buy things for their stockings and sometimes I buy something as a larger gift. I have found that Amazon has some great items for 4H projects. So I’ve compiled a list of some of my favorite gift ideas. I tried to include items that have Prime shipping just in case you are a procrastinator like me! Here are 15 great Amazon finds for your 4H-er.

Livestock Exhibitor Harness
This is a gift I purchased for all three of my kids after our first year at fair. Our exhibitor number was so ratty and torn up that it looked terrible by the end of fair. This is a great way to keep that number in good shape for the whole week. Plus you don’t have to put any safety pins into a nice shirt this way!
Livestock Show Comb Holder
If you have to carry a comb with you into the show ring why not do it with style? I like that this keeps the comb/brush out of their back pocket.
Grooming Kit Organizer
Animal projects of every kind require grooming supplies. How about a bag to organize all of it?. This cute bag comes in a variety of colors!
Books
If your 4H-er is starting a new project why not get them a book to read on the subject. It could become a great resource down the road. I especially love the “Storey’s Guide To” series. There is a book on raising just about every kind of animal you can think of.

Amazon has lots of small animal supplies too. The rabbit harness is a favorite of ours. There is nothing cuter than seeing a bunny out for a walk on a leash. We use the pen in nice weather to let our bunnies out to get some excercise.
Personal Sprayer/Mister
Show Whip
My kids go through at least one whip per 4H season. This show whip has a replaceable Popper which makes it last a little longer. This year at fair the pigs got a hold of the whips and chewed them up. These are on my list for sure this year.
Cookie Cutters
How cute are these farm themed cookie cutters? These would be perfect for a child taking the baking project. Or just because you want to take some cookies to a project meeting.
