Spring Journal Prompts|Mom and Me Journaling

I’m a big fan of “Mom and Me” journaling. Out of my three kids I have one that took to the idea of journaling with me. I have had so much fun asking questions and getting responses from her. I wrote a post about Fall Journal Prompts so I thought I should write one on spring journal prompts too!

Currently we are buried underneath a couple of feet of snow. I’m done with winter and ready to move on to spring! The start of spring always seems filled with hope to me. Everything is fresh and new.

When I journal with my child I always try to keep it positive. I might ask questions about personal development but let her lead that conversation. When she is grown I want the journals to remind her of how much she is loved. I don’t want her to feel like I used the journals to pick her apart. Below are some spring journal prompts you can use in a “Mom & Me” journal or in your own personal journal.
